Privacy is very important to us! If a follower can’t see your trips or posts, it’s most likely due to your privacy settings.
- Make sure the privacy of your trip isn’t set to ”Private” or ”Close friends”. Edit your trip and check the privacy setting:
How do I edit a trip? - Trips will only be visible to your followers once an initial footprint has been published.
- If a the footprint isn't visible, please check if it isn't separately marked as ”private”. Do so by editing the footprint:
How do I edit a Footprint post? - Please make sure, that the person that cannot see your content is an accepted follower of you. You can find a list of your accepted followers by tapping ”Followers” on your profile.
- If the privacy setting of your trip is restricted to “Followers only”, please make sure the viewing person is logged in! Otherwise we cannot know, if a person is a follower or not.
- If the privacy setting of your trip is restricted to “Close friends”, please make sure the viewing person is marked as a close friend of yours:
