If a trip or footprint seems to be missing, try these steps:
Search your profile
- Open your Profile.
- Tap Search.
- Enter the name of the trip or footprint you’re looking for.
Check that you’re using the correct account
Sometimes people accidentally create more than one FindPenguins account, for example by signing up with different email addresses.
Make sure you’re using the account where you created the footprint or joined the trip. If you have another FindPenguins account, check whether your content is there.
Still can’t find it?
Please contact support and include:
- Any email addresses you may have used for FindPenguins.
- Any names you may have used when signing up for FindPenguins.
- Any links you still have.
- Any names of the missing trip or footprint.
These details will help us locate your account and check what happened.
