Once you’ve placed a photo book order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. You can check the status of your order in two ways:
Email updates
We’ll send you emails when:
- Your order is confirmed
- Your book is being printed
- Your order has been shipped (including tracking/shipping information, if available)
📦 Tip: If you can’t find your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.
My Orders page
- Open the FindPenguins app
- Go to Me › Menu › Orders
