Sometimes, when subscribing for a premium membership, it can happen that the request to our servers fails, even if the payment went through.
To fix this:
- Open the FindPenguins app
- Open the menu on your profile
- Tap Become A Premium Member
- Scroll to the very bottom of this screen and tap Restore In-App Purchases
After performing these steps, your premium membership will immediately be activate.
If you are still not a premium member after these steps, please contact our support.
